Notifications
Notifications keep you informed about the status of your product content generation, including successful completions, errors, and validation issues.
Accessing Notifications
Notifications Panel
Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of any page to open the notifications panel:
- View recent notifications at a glance
- See unread notification count on the bell icon
- Mark notifications as read
- Navigate to the full notifications page
Notifications Page
Access the full notifications history at Notifications in the main menu:
- View all notifications with pagination
- Filter and search through history
- See detailed information for each notification
Notification Types
Generation Complete
Indicates all products in your upload were processed successfully:
- Shows the total number of items processed
- Green success indicator
Generation Completed with Issues
Some products were processed, but others had issues:
- Shows successful, failed, and skipped counts
- Expand to see details about failed items
- Provides suggested resolutions for common issues
- Yellow warning indicator
Generation Processing Failed
All products in the upload failed to process:
- Shows error details and reasons
- Provides resolution suggestions
- Red error indicator
Validation Error
Issues were found during upload validation:
- Shows which rows/columns have problems
- Explains what needs to be fixed
- Allows you to correct issues before processing
Notification Details
Click Show details on any notification to see:
Processing Summary
- Successful: Number of products generated successfully
- Failed: Number of products that encountered errors
- Skipped: Number of products that were skipped
Failed Items
For notifications with failures, you’ll see:
- Product ID of the failed item
- Error description
- Suggested resolution
Validation Issues
For validation errors, you’ll see:
- Row number with the issue
- Column name (if applicable)
- Description of the problem
Managing Notifications
Mark as Read
- Click a notification to mark it as read
- Use “Mark all as read” to clear all unread notifications
- Unread notifications appear with a purple highlight
Notification Retention
Notifications are automatically deleted after 60 days to keep your history manageable.
Best Practices
Monitor Regularly
- Check notifications after each upload
- Address failures promptly to maintain data quality
- Review validation errors before resubmitting
Resolve Failures
When you see failed items:
- Click to expand the notification details
- Review the error message and resolution
- Fix the underlying issue (e.g., invalid image URL)
- Re-upload or regenerate the affected products
Use for Troubleshooting
Notifications provide valuable debugging information:
- Identify patterns in failures
- Understand which products need attention
- Track processing history over time

Notifications are generated from:
CSV/Spreadsheet Uploads
- Validation results during upload
- Processing status for each batch
- Completion summary with counts
ZIP File Uploads
- Image extraction status
- Processing results for each product
- Final completion notification
Single Image Uploads
- Processing status for individual products
- Success or failure notification
Content Regeneration
- Status of regeneration requests
- Results for single or bulk regenerations
