Overview Guide
The Overview is your home base in merchi.ai. It provides a quick overview of your product content status and recent activity.
Overview Statistics
At the top of the overview, you’ll see key metrics for your products from the last 30 days:
Product Counts
- Total Products: The total number of products updated in the last 30 days
- Approved: Products that have been reviewed and approved
- Pending: Products awaiting review
- Rejected: Products that need revision
Each card is clickable and will take you to the All Products View filtered by that status.
Percentages
Each status shows its percentage of the total, helping you quickly understand your review progress.
Activity Chart
The chart displays your product activity over time, showing how many products were updated each day. This helps you track:
- Processing volume
- Workflow patterns
- Productivity trends

Below the statistics, you’ll find quick action cards to help you optimize your setup:
