User Settings

User Settings allow you to manage your personal account preferences and profile information.

Profile Information

First Name

Your first name for display in the platform.

Last Name

Your surname or family name.

Job Title

Your role or position. This helps team members identify your responsibilities.

Account Settings

Email Address

Your login email address. This is also used for notifications and password recovery.

Password

To change your password, use the Forgot Password page. This will send a password reset link to your registered email address.

Interface Preferences

Language

Select your preferred interface language. This changes the language of menus, buttons, and system messages.

Saving Changes

Click Save Changes after making any updates. Changes take effect immediately.

Security Recommendations

• Use a strong, unique password
• Don’t share your login credentials
• Log out when using shared computers
• Update your password periodically
