All Products View

The All Products View is your central hub for managing all product content. Here you can view, filter, edit, and manage the workflow status of your products.

Overview

The All Products View displays your products in a table format with the following columns:

• Images: Thumbnail preview of product images
• Product ID: Unique identifier for the product
• Taxonomy: Product category path
• Title: Generated product title
• Description: Preview of the product description
• Updated At: When the product was last modified
• Workflow Status: Current status (Pending, Review, Approved, Rejected)

Filtering Products

Search

Use the search box to find products by:

• Product ID
• Title
• Description content

Taxonomy Filter

Filter by product category using the taxonomy tree selector:

1. Click the taxonomy dropdown
2. Expand categories to find subcategories
3. Select a category to filter
4. Click the X to clear the filter

Workflow Status Filter

Filter by workflow status:

• All: Show all products
• Pending: Products awaiting initial review
• Review: Products under active review
• Approved: Products that have been approved
• Rejected: Products that need revision

Date Range Filter

Filter by when products were updated:

1. Click the date range button
2. Select a preset (Today, This Week, etc.) or custom range
3. Click Apply

Sorting

Click column headers to sort:

• Click once for ascending order
• Click again for descending order

Changing Locale

Switch between languages using the locale dropdown in the top right:

1. Click the locale selector
2. Choose a language
3. The view updates to show content in that language

Viewing Product Details

Click any row to open the product detail modal. Here you can:

• View all product images
• See full content for all fields
• Edit product information
• Change workflow status

Changing Workflow Status

Change status directly from the view:

1. Click the status dropdown in the row
2. Select the new status
3. Confirm the change

Pagination

Navigate through products using the pagination controls at the bottom:

• Use Previous/Next buttons
• Select products per page (10, 20, 50, 100)
• See total product count and current page

Exporting Data

Download your products as CSV:

1. Apply any filters you want
2. Click the Download button
3. A CSV file will download with all matching products

The export includes all fields configured in your Schema settings for the selected locale.

Active Processing

When products are being processed, you’ll see status alerts at the top of the view showing:

• Processing status (Starting, Running, Counting)
• Number of products processed
• Time since processing started

Best Practices

• Use Filters: Don’t scroll through thousands of products—filter first
• Review Regularly: Check pending products daily
• Export for Review: Download CSV for offline review or sharing
