Mobile App

    Snap: Viewing Products

The Products tab shows all products in your merchi.ai account. You can filter by device, switch between languages, and tap into any product to see its full AI-generated content.

    All Products vs This Device

A segmented control at the top of the tab lets you switch between two views:

    ViewWhat it shows
All ProductsEvery product in your account, uploaded from any device or the web app
This DeviceOnly products photographed on this specific phone or tablet

The This Device list is built from the product IDs stored locally on your device when you submit a capture. It is not linked to your login. If you sign in on a different device, that device will have its own separate list.

    Processing Section

When jobs are active, a Processing section appears at the top of the list (in both views). Each card shows:

    • A thumbnail of the first photo taken
    • The Product ID
    • The current status (Uploading… / Processing… / Failed)

Tap a completed card to open the product detail screen. See Processing Queue for full details on statuses.

    Language Picker

If your account is configured for multiple languages, a Language button appears in the top-right corner of the Products tab. Tap it to choose which language to display titles in.

    • Selecting a language filters the title shown on each product card
    • The selected language is remembered as your preference and also used on the product detail screen
    • Tap Default (all languages) to clear the filter

    Product Cards

    Each card shows:

    • A thumbnail image (the first processed image for that product)
    • The Product ID
    • The product title in your selected language (or “Processing…” if still in progress)
    • A workflow status badge: Pending, Review, Approved, or Rejected

Tap any card to open the full product detail screen.

    Product Detail Screen

The product detail screen shows everything merchi.ai has generated for a product.

Swipe left or right to browse all images. Tap any image to open it full-screen.

    In the full-screen lightbox:

    • Pinch or double-tap to zoom in and out
    • Swipe left / right at normal zoom to navigate between images

While AI-generated images (Studio Cutout or AI Image generation) are still processing, pulsing placeholder tiles appear in the carousel. They are replaced automatically as each image completes.

    Editing images

Tap Edit (top-right of the carousel) to open the image editor:

    • Reorder images using the up/down arrows. The first image is always the primary image.
    • Rotate an image 90° clockwise per tap
    • Delete an image (requires confirmation)

Tap Save to apply your changes.

    Language tabs

If the product has content in multiple languages, tabs appear above the content. Tap a tab to switch languages.

    Content fields

The screen displays all AI-generated fields defined in your schema, including:

    • Title and Description
    • Taxonomy: shown as breadcrumb lozenges (e.g. Clothing › Tops › T-Shirts)
    • All other schema fields: attributes, specifications, FAQs, etc.

Each field has a confidence badge showing the AI’s confidence score (0–100%). Tap the badge to see:

    • Confidence level (High / Medium / Low)
    • Reasons for any reduced confidence
    • Data sources used (image analysis, AI inference, etc.)
    • Whether the field is flagged for manual review

    Overall Confidence

A summary bar shows the average confidence score across all scored fields. Fields flagged for manual review are listed. Tap the badge to see which ones.

    Generate AI Images

Tap Generate AI Images to trigger shot-template image generation for this product. This opens a template selection sheet where you can choose templates and customise prompts. Generated images appear as pulsing placeholders in the carousel while they process.

    Workflow Status

The product’s workflow status badge (Pending, Review, Approved, Rejected) is shown next to the Product ID. Status changes made on the web app are reflected here after a refresh.

    Pull to Refresh

Pull down on the product list or the product detail screen to force an immediate refresh from the server.
